Client Care Manager - wanted
Genesa Home Care & Companions Agency is a mission based, non-medical home care agency located in Kingston that provides in home care to the elderly. Our goal is to help our clients remain independent for as long as possible while providing a quality of life that they may not be able to reach without in home assistance.
As a Client Care Manager, you will be joining a small office team and a diverse team of home care professionals. We are a quickly growing, dynamic organization in our 9th year of business. We are seeking an optimistic career minded individual who enjoys giving customer support in a fast paced and at times, stressful, environment. Must be people oriented, able to multi-task, extremely organized, detail oriented and able to pull many pieces together. Experience in the medical field a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Creativity and desire to serve others is key. Overall, we are seeking a person that has the heart of a caregiver and is willing to go the extra mile because they know that at the end of the day, what they do is changing lives.
Duties will include, but are not be limited to:
Base hours are 8-4, M-F but there is a mandatory rotating on-call schedule that includes weeknights and weekends.
Candidate must have a driver license and a clear background check and we are a drug free work place.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
